Welcome to the Party Pal Support forum.  If you have a problem please start a new topic and provide me with as much information as possible about the problem.  At a minimum I need a description of the problem and the version of the app.  In the bottom right corner of the about screen is a version number.  Please provide that and the name of the app (Free, Kids, Standard).
